All watches purchased from our webshop come with a 24-month warranty, in accordance with Slovak and EU consumer protection laws.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to damages caused by:
- Improper use, accidents, or negligence
- Impact, dropping, or excessive shocks
- Water damage due to improper sealing or misuse beyond the stated water resistance rating
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches and aging of straps or bracelets
