Return & Refund Policy
Customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, as per EU consumer protection laws.
Return conditions:
- The watch must be unused, in brand-new condition, with no signs of wear or use.
For watches fitted with a metal bracelet, this means that no links may have been removed or the bracelet resized in any way. For leather straps, there must be no signs of wear or use, including creasing or other visible marks. The same condition applies to rubber straps and straps made from any other synthetic materials.
It is also essential that all original factory protective films remain intact and must not be removed, particularly those applied to the bracelet, as their removal indicates that the watch has been handled or worn.
If any of the above conditions are not met, eligibility for a full refund will be subject to individual assessment.
- It must be returned in its complete original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Returns with missing packaging, visible wear, or damaged items will not be eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process:
- First, make contact with the MWM shop team via hello@microwatchmarket.sk email address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund within 7 business days if all return conditions are met.
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Important:
- The return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to avoid loss or damage during transit.
